You recite the Buddha’s name; I recite the Buddha’s name.
Why do we recite the Buddha’s name?
To end birth and death, and transform the Saha world.
So everywhere is the Land of Ultimate Happiness of Amitabha.
No you and me; what is there?
Quietly contemplate the myriad things and you will get it.
Afflictions are severed; ignorance is destroyed.
You leap out of the Triple Realm’s great river of love.

Whether we are moving or still, awake or asleep, there should never be a moment when we are not cultivating.
